** ALK-Abello shares are up 5% after the Danish allergy
solutions maker posted better-than expected earnings in Q3 
    ** The group reported EBIT of DKK 306 million ($43.3
million) for the third quarter, 29% ahead of consensus cited by
Jefferies
    ** Jefferies says the EBIT beat is driven by significantly
lower operating expenses 
    ** Revenues 1% ahead of consensus is driven by European
tablets sells, the brokerage adds
    ** ALK-Abello shares among top movers on STOXX 600  .STOXX ,
up by two-thirds year-to-date
